When was the last time you focused on something? For example, serious meditation on your life. This practice is very important in our lives as humans because it deals with many thoughts both in the past and in the present. For some people, this reminds them of the mistakes they have made in the past and what needs to be done in the future. Meditation is not only for special spiritualists. After all, humans were created by the Spirit, so we are the first spiritualists to experience creation.

From time to time, it's good to think about so many things in your life for different reasons. Many people who know of this subject always reflect about a number of things that failed them through life's journey. And meditation as a positive reflectional action helped them reach their path.

At some point, the fastest man in the world, Usain Bolt, was indecisive whether to continue to run. Age was catching up with him and so after a series of meditations, he considered running again and came to take another shot. After winning, he never thought about his age, but tried his last chance to compete again for the Olympics. This time he failed in the sense that he pulled a muscle just a few minutes before he finished the 100 meter race. And that was the end of his career. If he had meditated about his last decision, he wouldn't have fallen into the pot of failure.



Another round of meditations would've been a means to find the right and clear thing at that time, which could've strengthen his confidence before making his final decision. It can be said that several other cases buttress how important meditation is to the human soul. Many people meditate through music, yoga, etc., based on their beliefs. It has been used for thousands of years. And as we evolve, technology is maintained and maybe more useful than before. When we challenge ourselves to focus exclusively on breathing, the mind is filled with thoughts, plans, fears, society, movements, etc., and we begin to see how our minds work.

Apart from that, meditation makes everything come true. And when we spend more time with our phones, machines and other gadgets and less time in nature, we need to meditate to relax. Fear and stress has also found their way into our lives, so this practice becomes a useful tool in the picture. Especially when anxiety and depression have increased in recent years and social media is interconnected. In fact, research has shown that meditation can reduce the recurrence of depression by up to 50%. But if you want to believe in yourself more, meditation is the best choice, as psychologists and spiritualists have revealed.

In realism, meditation is an effective tool that allows many people to better face the challenges of modern life. Meditation is a portal to see how much it controls us and a big step towards a life that is bolder than the heart.
